Dr. Keenan Fischman
Born and raised here in Nebraska, Dr. Keenan Fischman is proud to be able to serve his home state as a dentist.

Diane
Receptionist
Diane has been Nebraska Dental Center’s receptionist since 1986 and worked for 7 years as a dental assistant prior to that. She enjoys working with people and getting to know them. “Many of our patients are like friends because I’ve been able to get to know them so well over the years,” she says. She likes helping them feel more comfortable in the dental office. Diane is also very familiar with dental insurance plans and happy to answer questions about them. She likes being able to help people receive the best benefits they can for the treatment needed.
Dana
Front Office Administrator
Dana has grown up around dentistry, as her Dad was a dentist for over 35 years. As she got older, she began helping at his office and has been involved in the dental field full-time for the last 5+ years as an assistant and front desk administrator. She has had experience in both general dentistry and oral surgery offices. She’s assisted with thousands of procedures, ranging from routine fillings to IV sedation cases with full mouth extractions and implants. She has also volunteered at the Nebraska Mission of Mercy over the last 12 years, helping people in need receive free dental care. Dana currently serves as our Front Office Administrator and is the first smiling face you see when you walk through the door!
Dana enjoys interacting with our patients and helping them achieve their best smile while making their experience in the office as comfortable and fun as possible. She received her Associate in Science degree in July of 2021 and enjoys reading, playing golf, or spending time her with dog when not in the office.
Merry
Dental Hygienist
Merry graduated from the Iowa Western Community College/Creighton University dental hygiene program in 2001 and was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society. She is also a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and has worked at Nebraska Dental Center since 2001. Merry loves working with patients and enjoys having them return year after year. She strives to make their appointments pleasant and uses all means to help them to feel comfortable. Merry is happy and proud to work for Dr. Fischman because he truly has the best interests of the patients in mind. He is compassionate, honest, kind-hearted, and fun.
Barbie
Dental Hygienist
Barbie graduated from the North Dakota State College of Science in 2003 with her degree in Dental Hygiene and joined Nebraska Dental Center in February of 2023. She loves being part of an amazing dental team that genuinely cares about their patients and puts their needs first.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family. As a family, they enjoy attending the kid's sporting events!
Renee
Certified Dental Assistant
Renee has been a dental assistant for Nebraska Dental Center since 1987, and has been a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) for most of that time. With the variety of people and procedures provided, she says her job is “never boring.” She especially likes helping those with dental anxiety receive the needed treatment comfortably with as little stress as possible. Hearing them say “that wasn’t so bad” brings her joy. What she likes most though is seeing them smile when they look at themselves for the first time after treatment is completed. Renee says, “It’s amazing what confidence they show when they see how good they look.” She is glad she can help bring that feeling to them.

Dental Assistant
Carlie went to the San Antonio Dental Assistant School in Texas and joined Nebraska Dental Center in August of 2022. She works hard to make sure patients have a great experience every time they come in and has a passion for helping others by educating them on the importance of oral health. She understands the anxiety many people feel when it comes to dental care, and loves helping them feel more at ease!
Outside the office she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and finding new restaurants to try.

First-time visit since we recently moved and needed to find a new dentist, and the experience was awesome! They have the latest up-to-date equipment and the staff, including the dentist, Dr. Fischman, were very welcoming and made me feel right at home. My dental hygienist Merry was wonderful and did a terrific job cleaning my teeth. They did 360-view stand-up x-rays and digital in-chair x-rays and all were done in less than 15 minutes. Very efficient!! I would highly recommend going to this dentist!
