  • How do I schedule my appointment?

  • How early should I get to my appointment?

    Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and to get your insurance card on file.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    We accept insurance from several providers, including MetLife, Cigna, and United Healthcare. Please bring your insurance card to each appointment so we can ensure your information is always up to date.

  • What do I need for my first appointment?

    On your first visit, please bring the following information:

    • Completed new patient forms.
    • Any X-rays taken by a previous dentist. X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request.
    • A valid form of ID.
    • A list of medications you are currently taking.
    • A list of any current medical concerns or conditions, including past surgeries.
    • Dental insurance card, if you are covered and paying through insurance.
  • What hours is your office open?

    Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Phones are answered 24/7 for scheduling.

  • What are early signs of dental trouble?

    Contact our office if you’re experiencing tooth pain, sensitivity, swelling, bad breath, or bleeding gums. These can be symptoms of decay or infection.

  • What if my insurance is not in-network?

    Just because our practice isn’t in-network with your insurance provider doesn’t mean you won’t have coverage. Many plans still offer out-of-network benefits and may cover a portion of your visit.

    Our team is happy to file claims on your behalf and help you understand your benefits. While your out-of-pocket costs may differ from those for in-network care, we’ll work with you to make the process as simple and transparent as possible.

  • What if I don't have insurance?

    No insurance? No problem! The Nebraska Dental Center Membership Plan is a simple, affordable alternative to traditional dental insurance—without deductibles, waiting periods, or yearly maximums.
